Description

The Charles River Esplanade is a pedestrian path along the Charles River (which separates Boston and Cambridge) that stretches over several miles. It’s perfect for long scenic picnics, walks, runs, and bike rides, uninterrupted by city traffic. It can be accessed by several pedestrian bridges across the city, including several in Back Bay, the Fenway Area, and near Beacon Hill.
